ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR - New Berlin, WI

HNI is seeking a Game Changer to take on the role of a Property & Casualty Account Administrator.  This position requires an efficient, self-motivated individual to support our sales team with the day-to-day administration of insurance policies for our clients.

This particular position requires a confident, “go-getter” that can process insurance details in high volume at a quick pace.  Ability to multi-task, quickly respond to changing priorities, and accurately manipulate data in an electronic environment is a must.

Successful candidates will have:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of insurance related work experience. (A current Wisconsin P&C insurance license preferred).
  2. Strong communication skills – verbal and written, as well as good phone and math skills.
  3. High level of proficiency and accuracy with spreadsheets, emails, databases and insurance applications.
  4. Ability to relate to customers and carriers in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service and follow through.
  5. Personal motivation and drive to be a proactive partner to our customers and our service teams.
