Michelle has been with Hatch Staffing Services since 1993.  She is responsible for recruiting and sourcing as a member of the direct hire team as well as leading the light industrial temporary division.   After 30 years in the staffing and recruitment industry, Michelle has a strong pulse in the employment market.  She works with many different organizations on an annual basis across all industries.  During her time at Hatch, Michelle has seen many ups and downs in the economic and employment cycles and knows how employers need to adjust their talent acquisition strategies to fit the market at hand.  She oversees a team that is responsible for interviewing 35 candidates a week and consistently speaks to her clients consulting on best practices to meet the trends of today’s labor market.
