We never know where we’ll find our resident safety expert, Chad Tisonik – one minute he’ll be in a client’s board room strategizing on business risk and operations, and the next, he’ll be on the roof of a construction project.
With 22 years of experience in risk management, Chad has helped shape the strategy of thousands of companies. His methods vary based of the needs of the client, but leadership coaching, specialized workshops, compliance reviews, and accident investigations are just a few of the many strengths he brings to the table.
One thing few people know about Chad is that as a boy, he was a stutterer and wouldn’t even answer the telephone. Now, he takes the opportunity to speak to large groups whenever he can – and actually enjoys it! Recently, he spoke to a crowd of 1000+ with a broken zipper (thankfully no one noticed.)
