CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Jeff’s primary objective is to ensure companies are in compliance with both State and Federal regulatory guidelines. Jeff believes compliance requirements can be made to work as a part of an organization’s standard operating procedures in a common sense format that allows a company to better manage unique risks, rather than simply being government requirements.
One of Jeff’s most sought after skills is his ability to prepare companies for potential FMCSA Compliance Reviews and Interventions by helping identifying potential problems within their organizations and then helping them prepare a strategy for handling opportunities for improvement. Jeff uses the HNI “Day in the Life” concept which allows him to gain a unique prospective about the company and how its operates. Jeff also acts as a resource to HNI’s customers who may have questions with respect to FMCSA regulations and CSA performance in order to help them get through the sometimes-confusing regulatory language.
Working with HNI clients and prospects to engineer the strategy utilized to help them lower their cost of risk.
