Our Michigan office was founded in 2011 by Jim McKinley, Randy Phelps, John Rogers, and Nathan Steffen. Previously employed by a large international broker, these four were fed up with the traditional approach to business insurance and wanted to change the game for themselves and for their clients.
This location has grown rapidly over the past year, and they’ve hired subject matter experts in many areas of insurance, benefits, and business advisory. This location is particularly active in the transportation, construction, manufacturing, food processing, retail, and real estate industries.
