Yes. It is recommended that you obtain a new quote approximately 30 days prior to your current policy's renewal date. That way you will have plenty of time to compare your options and make a decision on which quote to choose. If you want to switch to HNI early (prior to the expiration of your current policy), that could be an option as well. In that case you would need to cancel your current policy when your new policy begins.
Go to www.hni.com/afp and complete the application by clicking on the 'Get a Quote' button. After submitting your information, you will receive a quote via email in approximately one business day. If additional information is needed in order to provide you with a quote, someone from the HNI team will reach out to you to gather that additional information. After receiving your quote via email, if you would like to accept the quote you must reply back to HNI and confirm that you would like to move forward. At that time you will receive a DocuSign contract to sign and make it official.
The quote is valid for 30 days unless specifically noted otherwise. All quotes are subject to a final review of information and data and are not a guarantee of insurance.
Your policy will be broken up into 12 monthly payments. If you add or remove tractors or trailers to your policy, your premium will increase or decrease at the rate quoted in your proposal. For example, if your rate per unit is $900/tractor/month in your proposal, adding a tractor will result in your premium increasing by $900 per month.
Your worker’s compensation premium is based on payroll, so adding employees will result in a higher monthly payroll, which will result in your worker’s compensation premium increasing by the rate quoted in your proposal.

For your convenience, we also offer a recurring payment option so your payments can automatically be applied each month. Changes to your recurring payments can be made at any time by logging into your account and making the necessary adjustments.
This program provides you with all of the insurance coverages you need to fulfill Amazon's requirements, such as Auto Liability, Cargo Insurance, Physical Damage, Workers Compensation, and General Liability.
