A matter of HABIT or HEALTH?

What if altering your sleep habits -- earlier bedtime, no digital devices 1 hour before sleep, pitch black sleep environment -- doesn't work? Poor sleep may be health related.

De-risking employees when it comes to sleep and sleep-related disorders is essential because it promotes better health, improves productivity, and reduces accidents and injuries. In the transportation and manufacturing world, leading practice involves implementing proactive measures such as fatigue management programs, sleep education, and regular screening to ensure the well-being of employees and minimize risks.

ADVENT has a comprehensive platform that offers solutions for sleep-related disorders.
