Kyle Meinert, the Director of Advisory Services at HNI Risk Services since 2014, is a distinguished figure in risk management, having previously worked at the State of Wisconsin Risk Management Bureau.

His expertise is further evidenced by his active roles in organizations such as the Wisconsin Safety Council, American Red Cross Trainer, National Fire Protection Association, and as a Board Certified Safety Professional, showcasing his deep commitment to safety and risk management excellence.

Compliance Advisor and Benefits Attorney at Acrisure

MARK BRAULT consults with HNI clients primarily in the benefits area but can also be of assistance with the preparation of separation agreements, non-compete agreements, employee handbooks, employment agreements, and other related employment documents.
 

Mark can also advise on employee hiring and firing issues, ADA, ACA, FMLA, ADEA, Title VII, FLSA, COBRA, HIPAA, COVID-19, health & welfare benefits issues, and provide recommendations on a multitude of general corporate matters including contracts, operating agreements, purchase agreements and corporate formalities.
