ANTHONY FIORETTI, Chief Benefits Officer

Anthony is an industry veteran with more than 30 years of benefits experience in a wide variety of roles and leadership positions. As HNI’s CBO, Anthony provides thought leadership and vision for the Benefits dimension across all of our geographies.  He ensures consistency in market focus and deliverables, and he has shared responsibility for growth with the presidents of each location. 

Anthony believes that health care reform gives every employer a fresh opportunity to rethink how they deliver Benefits to their employees. This “reformed environment” allows Anthony to do what he is truly passionate about – working with clients to find innovative ways to improve the Benefits value proposition for their people.

At leisure, Anthony prefers to spend time with his wife and two grown kids doing whatever they want to do!  Quiet days with the dogs work for him too…more time to game plan on ways to beat the health care system for HNI clients.
