More About ReEmployAbility’s Transition2Work® Program
ReEmployAbility’s Transition2Work program supplements a company’s return-to-work (RTW) program by providing off-site transitional duty with a not-for-profit agency when you are unable to accommodate an employee’s physical restrictions on site.

The program utilizes not-for-profit organizations such as American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, YMCA, local food banks, museums, and thrift stores, to provide supervised assignment opportunities that meet the medical requirements outlined by the employee’s treating physician.

As an extension of a company’s internal RTW program, Transition2Work helps retain the employee’s status with the company by providing a continuation of wages. Participation in Transition2Work can provide numerous additional benefits to the employee, employer, and community.
